Israel defies US on settlements
The Israeli prime minister had defied US demands to suspend a settlement construction project in East Jerusalem, sparking what Washington calls “intense” negotiations between the allies. Binyamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that he would not take orders on where Jews can live and reiterated the claim that a united Jerusalem is Israel’s capital, which most of the world does not recognise. MTW comment: This guy has a nerve! Listen you moron – Palestine belongs to the Palestinians. If you believe that you can go to other lands, take what you want, and ignore moral and legal norms that govern civilized nations, then you are a mental case, just like Hitler.
WORSE! Nazi official Hans Frank was hanged in Nuremberg for ethnic cleansing and planning to annex Poland. But when Poland was under Nazi occupation, there were only German soldiers, Gestapo, and German administrators in the occupied Polish territory. Hitler did not move German civilians there and did not build German settlements. Even Hitler had some respect for the laws of war, and that before the Nuremberg Principles (pdf) and the Fourth Geneva Convention became parts of international law.
And if you believe that you can do it because you are Jews, then you are justifying anti-Semitism. You yourself are giving a good example of this kind of attitude by applying collective punishment to the Palestinians.
Israel as a legal entity exists since 1948 and therefore has no legal title to claims going back before that year. Israel’s legal territory and the status of Jerusalem were established by UN GA Reslolution 181 of 1947. Later occupation and annexation of additional Arab lands was and still is ILLEGAL under international law.
The world will no longer tolerate Israel’s impunity from piracy and armed robbery. You are a CRIMINAL! Put it in your square head and go see a doctor!
